Processing time

Most orders are prepared within 2–4 working days. During high-volume periods such as gift seasons, please allow up to 5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Packing

Every order is packed carefully by hand. Fragile pieces such as lacquerware are wrapped individually before being placed in a rigid outer box. We use protective materials that minimise waste where possible.

International shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–14 working days for most countries. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been collected.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to local customs fees or import duties. These charges are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or cover these fees.
